Troy entered Adult & Teen Challenge in 2011. He completed the program, then an additional year-long internship, and then became staff. Troy has been serving as the Executive Director for 6 years leading the Willamette Valley Campus HUB which includes the campus, 3 Superthrift stores, and the Life Renewal program. Troy's wife Krista, is behind the scenes as the Development Coordinator. Together, they are raising their beautiful teenager Emily who attends a local Christian school and loves playing volleyball. Troy & Krista have huge hearts for the ministry. Together they pour into the staff, students and interns entrusted into their care. They have a passion for stewardship of God's resources and cultivate a culture of Christ-like compassion.
