ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY 

• Guaranteed salary for the first 9 - 12 months with an option to move to a productivity-based model once established
• As a OnePeak Medical Provider, you will utilize business metrics to learn how to manage your panel and maximize your earning potential
• 4 Day work week, 3 day weekend
• Monthly bonuses for product and supplement sales
• Extensive functional medicine training program with Nisha Jackson, PhD for all new providers
• We honor support! New providers start out with 40-minute appointments for 4-8 weeks and will transition into 30-minute appointments
• In house PMHNP and Fitness & Nutrition Advisor available for referrals and consults

NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS

• Current, unrestricted Oregon state license or ability to obtain license
• DEA license
• National Certification
• Passionate and enthusiastic about prevention-focused primary care
