Grief and the Holidays

Holidays can be a particularly difficult time when we are grieving a loss. This presentation and discussion will address the many complications that can arise during the holiday season and ways that we can cope and potentially thrive. While the bulk of our discussion will center around grief related to the death of a loved one, we will also address the grief that comes from life experiences, including those brought about by the pandemic.
