Fiesta Salads

Let's get ready for summer and learn how to make some of Chef Leonor's favorite guilt-free salads! She will be making green papaya salad with her own twist, Mexican style imitation crab salad, a cactus salad, and a Mexican style roasted corn salad. These salads are light, tasty, healthy, and perfect for any summer party or social gathering. Chef Leonor will also teach you knife skills for cutting fruits and vegetables into the perfect shapes for these salads. Take-home samples will be available for participants at the end of the class.
