Farmstand Fresh Cooking Class
Join Athena Nofziger RDN, LD registered dietitian and culinary expert to learn how to use fresh food from produce boxes and the farmers market to make quick and easy meals the whole family will enjoy! Athena will explain the nutrition benefits of eating fresh produce while showing you how to prepare fresh and tasty meals. Take-home samples will be available for participants at the end of each class.
