2025 Service of Remembrance, A Community Memorial Service

Lumina’s 2025 Service of Remembrance is on Wednesday December 10 at 5:30-7:00 pm at the Corvallis Community Center, 2601 NW Tyler Ave. You and your family are invited to join us in-person to remember those who have died. We will read their names, display their photos and light candles in their memory.

You may honor anyone who has died, no hospice affiliation required. To submit a name for the Service, email the name, photo(s), and dates of birth and death to: grief@luminahospice.org or in-person at Lumina, 720 SW 4^th Street, Corvallis no later than December 1.
